Wanted: Marketing & Sales Assistant
Location: Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire
Hours: Full-time - Monday - Friday and weekend hours
Hilton & Moss are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about cars and keen to develop their career in the automotive industry, working with some of the most iconic marques in the world.
About the role:
You will work closely with both the Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, supporting the day-to-day running of our showroom, sales and marketing activities. This is a varied and fast-paced position that will suit someone who is proactive, organised and enjoys engaging with clients both in person and online.
The successful applicant will become part of the Hilton & Moss central team and with have the opportunity to take part in internal and external events across the UK.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with sales enquiries, vehicle listings and client communications
- Support marketing activities including social media content, photography and event coverage
- Help to plan and attend internal and external automotive events, representing Hilton & Moss professionally
- Create and upload engaging digital content across our platforms, showcasing our sales and restoration work
- Maintain accurate vehicle records and assist with showroom presentation
About you:
- Enthusiastic about cars and the automotive industry
- Confident, personable and comfortable speaking with clients and event visitors
- Willing to learn and adaptable to working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with good organisational skills
- A team player with a positive attitude and professional manner
- Experience in automotive photography or marketing is beneficial but not essential
- Previous experience within the automotive industry is desirable but not required
- Full UK driving licence required
